My Lexus

Today marks the one year anniversary of the death of my beloved Golden Retriever, Lexus. I can't believe how quickly it went. Lexus was, naturally, the best dog ever. She was my sidekick. We did everything together. As you could imagine, when I found out she was diabetic, I knew my days with her were limited. As I gave her shots twice a day for 2 years, she would stand there, wag her tail, and get her treat. Since her death I have cried everyday. There will never be another Lexus.
